"Making Peace With Your Past"
Point Man Ministries -- is a Vets by Vets Outreach to hurting veterans and their families by veterans and their families.
Point Man is a non-profit, non-denominational service outreach organization
incorporated in 1984
When Seattle Police Officer and Vietnam Veteran Bill Landreth noticed he 
was arresting the same people each night, he discovered they were all
Vietnam vets like himself that just never seemed to have quite made it home.
He began to meet with them in coffee shops and on a regular basis
for
fellowship and prayer. Soon, Point Man Ministries was conceived and
became a staple of the Seattle area.
Bills untimely death soon after put the future of Point
Man in jeopardy. However, Chuck Dean, publisher of a self help newspaper, REVEILLE, had a vision
for the  ministry.
He developed it
into
a system of small groups called Outposts. It is in the Outpost where the veterans
get together for mutual support and fellowship.
Worldwide there are
hundreds of Outposts and groups for families of veterans called
Homefronts
Point
Man is a Christian Outreach by vets for vets and their families and
seeks to provide a secure and friendly atmosphere where Vets and family
members can
come and be accepted without reservation.

SEVENTEEN YEARS AND HAS DEALT WITH A DIVERSITY
OF PROBLEMS ALWAYS ASSURING VETERANS
OF THE
UTMOST CONFIDENTIALITY
HE IS AN ORDAINED MINISTER
AND IS A GRADUATE OF
ANDERSONVILLE THEOLOGICAL
SEMINARY. HE ALSO HOLDS A MASTERS IN BIBLICAL
COUNSELING,
A DOCTOR OF THEOLOGY AND A DOCTOR OF DIVINITY.
